Here’s how The Admin Awards Works:
- Companies from all business sectors are invited to nominate their Administrative Professionals for awards in various AA Award categories.
Anyone can nominate and there is no cost to nominate during what is typically a two-month nomination window.
- Finalists (40-45, est.) are selected by an independent panel of judges who rely on written nominations from supervisors, coworkers, clients, etc. who have personally experienced the outstanding work of their program nominee.
- All Finalists are invited to the annual Admin Awards Gala Dinner where winners are announced and the administrative profession is celebrated. 100% of Finalists are accompanied by their executives and co-workers at the gala.
- 13 (thirteen) AA Award winners are announced at the Gala, which is an awards dinner packed with quality food and beverage, entertainment, amazing prizes and high-quality swag.
- The Awards are presented where Admins and attendees have opportunities to win a host of prizes, including all expenses paid holiday trips, air tickets, gift vouchers and spa packages (to name a few).
- Whether they win an award or not, every Admin who attends the Gala is treated like royalty.

The AA Awards, is accepting a limited number of Category Prize contributions for our AA Awards which will be awarded at the AA Awards Gala Dinner. Past prizes have included all-expenses-paid vacations, air tickets electronics, spa packages, gift vouchers, designer purses and much, much more! Our Awards Gala Dinner have become legendary and represent a potent way to endear your brand to these deserving and connected Administrative Professionals while also enjoying the captive audience hundreds of executive and administrative attendees during the ceremony. All Category prizes are at the sole discretion of the AA Awards.
- ALL prize donor companies are showcased during the AA Awards Gala Dinner to an audience of Administrative Professionals, their executive counterparts and coworkers.
- Minimum prize value is $500, subject to review and approval. Exceptions are sometimes made regarding value, depending on the nature of the Category prize contribution.
- Hotel accommodations must be 2 or more nights if local or 3 or more nights if it’s a destination that requires air travel by the winner and expiration dates must be a minimum of 12 months.
- Prize Partners will receive a shout out during the AA Awards Gala presentation.
- Every Admin ticket holder that attends the Gala is automatically entered to win one of the 14 major prizes.
- Category Prize Partners are given the contact list of Admins who “opt in” for the prize drawings for future follow up.
- While not all prizes are accepted, those that we believe would delight our community of Administrative Professionals and include a value of over $500 (although many are in the $1,000 – $2,500 range) are what gets us most excited.
